Mark has over 25 years of experience in finance and senior management with extensive experience in manufacturing, including automotive, consumer packaged goods, and hi-tech, but also non-manufacturing including distribution, and health care. He has specialized in family owned and operated as well as private equity owned businesses. Mark has had extensive experience in all aspects of finance including budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, strategic planning, banking, foreign exchange, cost management, business plan development, project management and investment accounting.
He has considerable experience in corporate restructuring including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, not only in Canada, but on an international stage. His experience is not limited to managing finance, but also IT, HR, inventory management, purchasing and logistics.
Mark has a unique ability to quickly understand the big picture, but to also do a deep dive and get to the heart of an issue when needed. His hands-on, common sense approach combined with his results driven get-it-done attitude allows him to succeed by building rapport with not only stakeholders, but people from all areas of a business.
